The Citizens United ruling puts too much power in the hands of un-elected persons. It undermines our democracy. At such, I consider it to be unconstitutional. That's a difficult case to make, considering the highest court in the land has made that decision.
In this case, it has put power in the hands of those who seem to be quite cavalier about obeying the law. Is this who we want to govern?
